Rushed me to make the sale, as i was asking about the return policy he quickly completed the orde

I was purchasing a trac-fone in which i was hesitant about from the get go, for the simple fact that i wasnt sure if i wanted to spend $50 on a phone. At first i had felt like everything was goin well the sales associate seemed nice or what not, he had discussed with me how much it would cost me and all that. I had decided to purchase the phone and at that point he had explained i am going to have to buy minutes for it as well and of course he had recomended a larger costly amount... I was obviously very hesitant about the purchase at this point but the associate had insisted that this is ideal for me or what not... He made it sound like i was getting a OUTSTANDING!!! Deal... Of course i had said ok ill give it a try since it did sound so great of an oppurtunity and all. So i hand him a $100 bill assuming it would come farely close to that, so he scans the bar-code of the cell phone and picks up the minute card... As he is looking at the card and starting to set up the phone he asks me if im going to be in the MALL for some time, yes i reply. So he asks if id like to walk around and come back in about 15 minutes, at this point i make a decision "you know what obviously this phone just isnt meant to be "and i ask him about the return policy. No sooner than i am done asking him about this he says " oh here you are heres your phone receipt and change" im like what the hell, i had just told you i had changed my mind and no longer wanted the phone! He replys oh ok so would you like to return the phone and i replied back uh yah... So he takes the phone and the receipt and scans it in, he hands me $50 some odd dollars out of $94 that i had spend there... So obviously im like whoa wait a minute i gave you alot more than $50 wheres the rest? He says oh well you cant return the minutes, once there on the phone there " on the phone " boy was i p*d offf. So i said "what i just gave you like $50 for nothing are you kidding me no i dont think so ill take the phone because id rather have the phone with the minutes than to just giv you $50 " " we dont get the money so actually trac-fone gets it " with a wise a* tone omg you have no idea how frustrated i was so story ends im stuck with this peice of junk trac-fone that i cant even stand to look at and he gets the commision from the sale NICE SALESMANSHIP HUNH UGGHHHHH!!!
