Problem with net 1o - since bought @ e. Stbg k - mart, refused to refund $60.00 plus tax for the new fone. Also put $50.00 for air time & fone never worked from the start. They was suppose to credit amt., & after told by co - i had to put another $50.00 air time in may. Had to wait 72 hrs, 2 business days for fone to work, hasn't work & never used since bought it. Dissatified with no rep help to recify problem @ not helpful / with waiting several times for over 25 mins. On hold to talk to a real person. Spoke to a guy that sounded like he was from india (coudln't understand me), asked for manager - was in the phillippines * no co. Locally in the u. S have origniar reciept, & all contents of fone never used, defective when told could mail to tx & have wait for 30 days to get fixed & have no cell fone to use. Called several times & never helped & 2nd time locked out of net 10 - samsung, trac fone, never could use & never worked. All i want is $60.00 for refund & x2 $50.00 ($100.00), whcih co - refuses to do & get my money back for total of $160.00, please, can you help, net 10 refuses & never helped correct the defect from the start.
