Stay away from them! They take your money and
ignore you!
This company provides faulty products that look NOTHING like the pictures
online. That is if you are lucky enough to get the goods in the first place!
Only 1 out of the 3 goods have been delivered (FAULTY and UNLIKE THE ONLINE
PRODUCT) 2 months after I made the order.! The delivery time on their website
says a max of 21 days.
The customer service people have lied to me on at least 5 occasions, saying
they will call me back and NEVER DO. I have had to make at least 15 calls
chasing my other products that were ordered at the same time and still don't
have them.
After calling today, I got very rude manager (as usual) suggesting that I was
lying and my goods had been delivered! Eventually agreed that they had not been
delivered and said it wasn't he's problem but the drivers and ours for not
being home (which we were!). Despite being previously told the delivery would
be Monday (day before yesterday and not today). He was extremely rude and quick
to hang up on me saying he doesn't know where my products are and I can track
them myself if i want to.
After calling the delivery company, found that they had the wrong address on
the package - thanks to onevolution.co.uk! AND shockingly, the only have ONE
package so I will again have to go through all this again to get my third
package delivered!
Stay away from them!
