I have been dissatisfied with my Virgin Mobile phone, which I've had for a year. I switched to Cricket a week ago, on the same day that Virgin Mobile debited my account for the next monthly charge. I called today to get at least a prorated refund for three weeks. I was told that once they deactivate you, they cannot and will not refund the deactivated customer. The supervisor absolutely refused to do anything except to say that it's spelled out in the service contract. Now I'm confirmed that my decision to leave them was right. Should have left a lot sooner.
