Widget Love through Livingsocial advertised an electronic toy for children that mimics an IPad. This multimedia learning system featured language, number and sound recognition. Unfortunately, this item is so cheap in construction you can not unscrew the battery cover to access the battery compartment. On a second product an unsecured speaker was rattling around inside. The item is listed at $69.99 on the open market per Widget Love.in reality, it is so cheap I am embarrassed to even give it away. I e-mailed Widget Love several times and called their 800 number for a return authorization number (as per their return policy). Four weeks later on October 25, they sent me the tracking number for the delivery of the product. Why would I need the tracking number if I already had the defective product and needed to return it? The company has done every thing possible to frustrate a client, and dump a cheap product on the market. Although this product was manufactured by Widget Love, Livingsocial who sponsored the product has been equally aloof to their client base. They have not responded to phone calls in reference to this product. Conveniently, they rotate the caller through a maze of phone ques so you never get an operator. After you make a choice from their phone system you start from the beginning again!
