I noticed a $9.99 charge on my cell phone bill that I did not recognise. I called Sprint on it & they told me it was a 3rd party charge but could not tell me what is was for. I had Sprint block it and any other 3rd party charges to any of the phones I pay for, all adults. Then I looked it up online and found it to be ringtones & wallpapers. Since it was on my phone charges & I didn't D/L or Ok any charges for the service, it's a ripoff.
