I purchased a Weather direct unit from La Crosse technologies (WDLCD01) which came with some VERY poor instructions for setup. It instructs the user to go to the web site to register the product. That would be fine, but they do not have my model listed, so it sits here and tells me that it is waiting for me to make a selection on the computer that is not available to be.in short, the unit is absolutely useless. I have done searches on the site to find this mode, which cannot be found. No customer support response. All-in-all I would avoid any "Weather Direct" products sold by La Crosse like the plague.
The annoying part it that you have to furnish all of your contact information, and then once they have your information there is nothing. It seems like a scam.
