I bought a la crosse technology model; ws-9160u weather station. The product arrive and wouldn't sinc with the transmitter. I called their customer service. They stated it would take 1 to 4 days before a technician would return my call. They called on the 4th day. Ran through their tests which i had accomplished previously with their instructions. They sent a transmitter. It didn't sinc. The problem is obviously with the receiver. They expect me to ship their defective product back to them in order to receive another. I asked to speak to the president of their company. They stated they have a policy to not allow it. Their customer service must be overwhelmed with issues and complaints to take 4 days to get back to a customer. I can see why with the defective products they're peddling. Don't recommend this company's products or service. I threw their product in the trash.
