I ordered a set of underbody blue neon lights on August 26th from getpricewise.com. When the neons were delivered by Fed-Ex I opened the box and checked the contents following the sellers instructions on the package. Upon inspection I noticed that the two 48" neons were completely shattered. I then called Fed-Ex and filed a claim just like I was supposed to. Then I tried contacting getpricewise.com. I wrote 2 emails first. No response. Then I wrote a strong worded email and finally got a response which was, and I quote:
"Thank you for your email. WE have filed the FedEX claim and will ship your replacement kit within 48 hours. You will be emailed a new tracking number from DHL.

That was on Sep 22nd 2004. It is now October 14th. The replacement kit was never received by DHL. I never got an email with any tracking number.
Now I have been trying to reach getpricewise.com by email and by phone and have not gotten a response. This is the worst experience I have had on-line. Beware!
