I recently purchased some of the purple neon car lights. I went over the weekend to a car accessories installation business to have them installed on my truck. They charge $45 an hour. It should have took about an hour or hour and a half to install, but due to malfuntions of some of the parts I received from this company it took five hours. They had to go buy additional parts to fix them with, so it wound up costing me double what I could have purchased them for somewhere else. I chose this company because they had great deals on their products. Little did I know it would cost me double. Let me explain what difficulties the installer encountered.
The wiring box was shorted out (wouldn't work) and one of the long lights wouldn't work at all, so they only put 3 lights on my truck instead of the 4 which i really wanted and they had to go buy another wiring box to use to hook all the wires up. I wound up useing the product but it cost me alot of additional money, in which I was hoping to save. It took them 5 hours to hook them up because in the beginning they couldn't figure out why they were not working. They finally told me it was malfuntioned products. I have emailed the company 4 times with no response. I assume they are trying to avoid the problem. Will not buy from them again
