Ooma the worst company in the united states of america in customer service. They directed me to customer service and the they instructed me to push the square and Trash bottom the device went dead and now they are going to charge me to replace the device.
They lied from day one and keep on the lies after lies no wander they are in bad financial. This company is the worst company in telephone VOI services in the US
You follow the tech support in out of country and the device dies and you must pay the price after 7 days more than 35 hours of being on the cell phone to talk to the Ooma Support. Is there any one with same kind of issue? Please speak out do not let a company Ooma Rep you off like this.
