After I bought the equipment to be always a Ooma telephone client I had been recommended by Ooma, written down and verbally, that it'd consider three or four months to interface my phone number. This expense me $40.00. Its been more than 8 months but still no telephone number porting. I have approached them atleast five times and obtain exactly the same run-around along with a potential tenative time for that porting. Today I can't return the equipment since it includes a one month return policy.
