Ooma behaves in the best traditions of the worst calling cards. It makes you buy a prepaid account, puts wrong rates on their web site, charges you for incomplete phone calls (no answer) and when you call them and ask WTF they say the calls are valid and lasted from 6 to 8 minutes!!! That's for two calls 1 minute apart from each other!
Their customer service is horrible, agents are located in the middle of nowhere and have absolutely no idea about common sense (probably did not even graduate). They put you on hold for a minute and 25 minutes later they are just gone. So you call back and there is another very knowledgeable agent gives you *exactly* the same information.
When you ask for a refund they say they can only refund the money that are left on the account (how sweet). So well, anyway, just give me that money for god's sake. Ok, sure it will take up to 10 business days!!
