I have had this issue at the Greensboro, NC location and well as the Winston-Salem, NC location. I went to the burlington best buy and the computer dept. Empoyee saw me and didn't say i'll be with you in a minute or anything. No manager on duty and an employee told me they were busy wasn't hardly anyone in their and when told i do contact and i'm in touch with corporate office didn't seem to care. He only said could get someone to help me and i told him that wasn't the point. I suggest not doing business with bestbuy unless you wanted to get treated like the customer isn't important and if can't run a store better than need to be shutdown that don't care about the customer even though now days one blogger or critic can ruin them as i do post this on my critic sites and tell people on campus. Corporate sending me a gift card because of greensboro, nc store but i am sending it back as i refuse to do business with a company that has management issues in all it's stores and employees need to realize best buy don't need them as they have 100 people ready to replace just one employee because of the economy.
