After a lengthy talk with the lady that takes orders, [I asked every question I could think of to make sure this was not a Rip Off, what I was supposed to be getting, and how much it would cost]. I ordered, and got my first order when I was supposed to. It contained all of the first part of the BOGO. So, I waited for the next part of the shipement. After 2 mo. Of not hearing a thing, I called their consumer Services Dept. They said it was on back order, and I should send them an email.
I sent them an email and made sure they would have to sign whenever they got it. No return. Then I called again and no one answered except an automated message telling me they were putting me on hold. I left the phone off the hook for 2 hrs, and no one answered. Finally I recieved my shipment in late Sept. No cookwarewith it. I called again, they said I did not pay for S&H for the last shipment. That was why I got only the cooktop, and no cookware with it. I did pay S&H for both orders [They took it out of my credit card]. So I have proof.
