In order to try to retain customers, Sprint PCS sent my wife and I a free phone. This phone came with a plan that allowed us to talk between out two sprint phones for free. I didn't realize why at first but I kept getting dangerously close to going over my alotted minutes. I therefore had to use my land line so I wouldn't have to pay 35 cents a minute overage fees.
My phone bills were very expensive as a result. The reason I was using so many minutes is because Sprint PCS forgot to turn on the free minutes when my wife called me (not when I called her). I believe they did this on purpose and have talked to someone else they did this to as well. This problem cost me a couple of hundred of dollars in phone bills and Sprint PCS will not give me a refund.
