My complaint occured Monday afternoon on September 3 inside of your mobile section at Best Buy. An employee consistently asked for my mobile number to look up my account information. I denied her request, telling her no thank you, because I did not want to give out my cell phone number. As I walked away, another employee (Assistant Manager Ashley) rudely interrupted, suggesting I give her my mobile number. The encounter made me feel very threatened, and unwilling to make any purchases.
