This company has the worst online shopping I have ever encountered. Last night I order the 4GB Xbox Kinect for 199.96, which is a great deal. Enter in all the correct billing and shipping information. So I figured everything would be good and my kid would be happy on christmas. But no they wont thanks to Toys R US. I get an email toady saying my order has been cancel and when I call they tell me its my address then the rep doesnt know. This is bullshit and I have very upset at this. This sounds like a system issue on Toy R Us that needs some serious fixing. I even verified the address with the rep and then she tells me she will have to reorder which means another authorization my account. I dont think so. You guys should call people before just cancelling their stuff. Oh but here is the icing on the cake... The 4GB Xbox Kinect my kid was looking forward to is OUT OF STOCK.
