I saw a commercial on tv about Hello Totem. They are a company that will buy back gently used phones, smartphones, iPad's, etc. I got a quote on my phone on 7/02, pre-paid box shipped 7/19, and received an email back from them on 7/31 stating they had received my phone. My check for $39.74 was apparently mailed to me 8/9 @ 7:44 PM EST. It is now 9/9 and I still have not received my money. I should have known it was a scam when there is no phone number to even contact the people. Word of advice to others... Stay FAR AWAY from this so called company. I understand it's only $40, but that phone was $300.
