Ordered Canon 7D from www.Primotronix.com. Website stated it came with a full warranty.

Customer service staff called to verify address and mentioned it did not come with a full USA warranty and asked if I would like to "upgrade". Argument ensued and sales staff offered the Full USA Warranty free of charge and a free lense to keep my sale. I agreed.

Product arrived. Camera appeared to be used and roughly repacked. There was no manual, no warranty and the serial numbers did not match up between box & camera. There was also no receipt of purchase or anything I could use to prove my purchase.

Called customer service. Was told they would call me back.

4 days later, still no call.

Called bank to file report.

Called again on Aug 14. Sales staff very argumentative claiming camera has warranty, its "just with them at their office".informed them I was placing a claim with my bank and refused to pay a 20% restocking fee (approx 200-). They made several threats. I asked for a RMA Number to return product. They hung up on me.

Received RMA Number via email.

Bank informed me not to return the product until a Claims Officer contacts me.
