In June I went to florida. According to my AT&t plan I had free nights and weekends, long distance was free, and 400 minutes. I even called customer service and asked them about my plan prior to going to florida to make sure I was covered for long distance they said yes I was covered. When I came home from my vacation I recieved a bill for $346.51. I called up customer service and questioned the bill.
They credited me back the $346.51 Then when I recieved next months bill the charge plus the new added charges were present. I called them up again and I was told they will not issue the credit it is my responsibility to pay the long distance charges and some how my plan did not include free long distance. To make it worse I was told the guy who issued the credit was new and he made a mistake. Right now I dispute the claims with the collection agencies in writing and it has been back and forth for over a year now. They are a rip off and the service is horrible.
