AT&T
AT&T horrible customer service, horrible plans, can't make phone calls

Well, to start off with I have been with this company for almost 10 years and I have never had good experiences with their services or customer service interactions with them. This last time however has tipped me and my husband over the edge.

First of all, they offer a military discount. They say but it took us 3 years to see any difference. Also, they gave my husband a hard time when he deployed (we are both military) even though the stores and website both remark on their excellence when it comes to dealing with the military.

Now we do not get service at our home. Our calls drop all the time, you cannot hear people talking, the internet is iffy, it is a hassle. Having the same problems at work as well, super annoying. I have medical issues and have very often had to be taken to the hospital. Kind of annoying when I cannot get a hold of my husband because i have little to no service.

There are serveral people in our neighborhood who had switched from AT&T because they did not get service and AT&T waived there fees. So we call hoping to atleast try and figure out the problem with no avail.

First talked to tech support who told us our ONLY two options were to buy a $200 something or other or pay $500 for an early termination fee so i see that as more money down the drain. I asked to talk to someone else and they said they were the highest it goes. Kind of rude.

Transfered to customer service and they said we should have had no problem waiving the fee because of our no service, transfered back to tech support and now they are sending a technician and they said if he gets ANY SERVICE at all even one bar. Then we are sh*t out of luck.

Ridiculus, it is an internal struggle to even call these people because every time I or my husband or any of our family who has them, it feels like a waste of time!

Also, the AT&T website, when typing in our address says we should have the "best" service... Did not know AT&T best service was no service at all.

I deal with a lot of newcomers to base and will probably make sure and steer them away from AT&Tservice because it is a waste of time!
