I contacted the company after seeing a commercial. They quickly sent me a mailer and then told me how to get a quote. I sent in my phone and received an email as to when I would receive my check. That was on June 25th.
I have talked to someone who knows who? Via live chat SEVERAL times and get the same answer, we will send you a new check. Never have received one. I have called the phone number given and always get an answering machine!!! Do not trust these people! They will take your phone and never send you any money.
