On September 1, my phone switched to "roam" and analog while in my home area. I called customer service a total of 8 different days, each time, they were unable to resolve the problem. I told them I couldn't use my phone, and they disagreed and said I was welcome to use my phone, I would just be paying double charges, which they were not willing to reimburse me for. Gee, how generous.
I finally talked to a supervisor and stated that I wanted my money back for my phone and for the $42.00 worth of time I had loaded on the phone; I wanted nothing more to do with Tracfone. She refused to give me any additional information about who I could contact, refused to give me any phone numbers, refused to refund any of my money.
The Tracfone supervisor basically said it wasn't their problem and was my tough luck, I wasn't getting any kind of refund, but she'd be willing to open another case for me and see if she could fix it. It didn't work the first 8 times, I'm certain the 9th wouldn't make a difference.
