I saw one of their products featured in the gift-giving section of Better Homes & Gardens magazine and thought the little Juice Box Camera was super-cute and would make an excellent gift for my nephew's birthday. I placed my order two weeks ago and have yet to receive the camera, even though I live in New England—VERY close to Delaware.
I contacted the company 4 days ago by email because I was getting worried there wouldn't be time for me to mail it to Seattle and haven't heard back. Two days ago I sent a message to them via their Facebook page (actually, it was to Nic somebody (the owner?)—the page that comes up when you click the "F" on the store website. I see his profile is no longer what comes up when you click that "F") and haven't heard.
I don't think the store is a scam—at least, I hope not. The website is very professional and the updates they post on Facebook clearly show that they know their product. Their customer service, however, is atrocious. When I couldn't find a phone number listed anywhere for them, I began to worry...
Thank goodness my transaction was via PayPal. After I post this, I'm filing a claim with them to get my money back. Wish I'd come to this site first before I wasted so much valuable birthday present shipping time. = (
