We purchased (3) Lochinvar Intelli-Fin commercial boilers @ a material cost of $135,000. The expected life cycle is 15 years.
The units were constantly flaming out and failed within 7 years.
When we contacted Lochinvar to simply sell us new boilers @ their cost, they refused and blamed us for the failure.
We are writing to warn the public that the Lochinvar Corporation is not reputable and do not stand behind their products.
