I have purchase several probes from the company in which I find out that one of them is faulty immediately I open the park and I sent a mail to the sales representative I use to contact, who ask me to return it. I did return it but since them the tone has change with several other members of the company contacting me demanding for money but I made it clear to them that this has not been in our earlier discussion. Since then they have remain silent with my probe in their custody. I need help.
