Whenever we closed up with this specific OPTION GUARANTEE, wanted I'd read reviews before we registered... They've been an extremely bothering group of individuals. They'll state the same repeatedly again. I blame the homeowners and never the customer support representatives who're educated to inform a person, SORRY THE REPAIR/ISSUE ISN'T IN THE CONTRACT. They've closed with such separate companies who'll not return your calls. I've their entire discussion documented where they've stated that if your same issue continues they can come out and re-fix the issue which is likely to be an available situation for 3 months. However, if the issue is beyond fix they may change it. When the item that's underneath the guarantee doesn't work-in exactly the same method then it'd be changed. However in our situation, no body is actually calling to plan a period in the future and repair my machine.
