I purchased the Stauer compass '33 view 10 weeks before. The 24-hour call dropped down and packed the view. It retains the 2nd hand closed up. I named their customer support department. Told them of the issue. They stated the maker just addresses the system when the view won't operate. I informed Stauer that I anticipated them to correct the issue. They stated they just guarantee the view for thirty days. I mentioned used to do not trigger the issue using the view, it had been faulty from the beginning. There is no method that anybody might lead to the issue. The view is just a bit of crap and that's why there's no guarantee. I've never gotten any guarantee or promise in the organization. They need me to deliver the view back at my cost and spend $30-$50. To correct the issue.
