I requested a component 6 months before. Every time I approached them I had been informed the component was on back-order. Which was a rest. Nowadays I eventually named SEBO, the machine producer, and was informed that there is no back-orders for that component that I needed. The reality was that SEBO was no further using the services of TotalVac (Complete Vacuum, Totalvac.com). I named some nearby L A restoration businesses and questioned when they were acquainted with TotalVac. These were plus they will also not conduct business with Totalvac.com. DON'T ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE.
Exactly What The heck were their ideas? Never tell me they couldn't obtain the component? Attempt to get a year to obtain in the great graces of SEBO, then deliver my component. How inconsiderate and selfish to depart me hanging. DO they NOT believe that I'd fundamentally contact SEBO after which create this sort of evaluation?
