After MCI Worldcom Wireless 'forgot' to credit my account with my credit card charge for my bill, they discontinued service. After numerous numerous phone calls, being on hold, etc. I have talked to 5 different people in trying to get my service reinstated.
This is after faxing copies of my credit card bill proving my wireless account had been paid by my credit card and showing I actually had a credit on my balance, not a due amount.
I've taken names of people I've talked to, I've taken names of supervisors and I've been promised service 'in the next 48hours from December 13 until today which is January 9!
What can I do? How can I hold this company accountable for the lousy way they are treating me? I've had it. Any suggestions as to who I can contact
