Ordered 2 devices from Brickhouse Security. After more than 1 hr. With tech support (who didn't have a clue) I was told to send the faulty device back for replacement, and the replacement could take 2 weeks.
Spoke to clown named Anthony Sebros who was very convincing and assured me I would receive the replacement device within a day. I have yet to receive the device and cannot get anyone to answer my phone calls.
Please beware before purchasing from this company. They are a fraud and cannot be trusted to even answer phone calls or email.
