Up sold items charging 3x as much for them and did not disclose return policy saying if not completly satisfied I could return for full refund

Salemen are pushy, and untruthful. I purchased a sony video camera, hdvr cj10 and was told that the battery that came with it would only last 20 mins. And needed to be upgraded. They charged 169.00 for a 6 hour battery. They said that the memory in it was 16G and would not do more than an hour at most of video and that I needed to install a memory card. They charged 139.00 for a memory card. (after receiving I talked to the manufacture and the card had a MSRP of 48.00) but many sell it for much less. I also ordered the lens filter which I was charged 29.00 (best buy cost is 9.95). I questioned the quality and cost of these items and asked what the brand names were on them etc. But they said you wont find these anywhere in the stores, they are made especially for us. If you aren't 100% satisfied with these items you can return them for a full refund. I was suppose to receive them in 3 or 4 days but took closer to 7. After I received them I say I could buy the same battery from amazon for 22.00. The total upsale on the items was 391.00 and I found I could get them at best buy and amazon for a total of 120.00. I called ajrichies and told the salesman I wanted to return the upsold items. He tried to talk me into keeping them but when I refused he began to get rude. He sent me to customer service to get an RMA for return. Customer service tried to get me to keep the order but I refused. They said they would email me an RMA but when I got it, it was not an RMA it was a request for an RMA with tons of disclosures that were never mentioned in the sale or by the salesman. They charge you a 15% restocking fee, and then tried to charge me a 50.00 shipping and handling fee for the order even though the sale was free shipping and handling. I kept the Camera and the extended warranty, so was only returning a battery half the size of a pack of cigerettes, a memory card the size of a postage stamp, and the lens the size of a quarter; and they were trying to rip me off 50 bucks for shipping and handling even though they were in the same box as the camera. I had to call several times because they kept playing number games because the did not price the items individual on the invoice but lumped it together on a total price sale. I told them they could play all the games they wanted with the numbers but the fact was that the camera was 489.00 and the warranty was 89.99. So the difference was 390 bucks and thats what I was due for a refund. This went on for about a week. They would not correspond through email only on the phone, where they fast talk spin numbers and deliberatly confuse you. Finaly I agreed to the restocking fee charge so they sent me an RMA request for 339.85 but then tried charging another 50 bucks off that for shipping and handling. I finally called Discover filed a complaint and then went to the N.Y. Attorney Generals website and downloaded a complaint form. I then told customer service that either they agree to refund me the 339.85 or they can deal with discover and the atty. Generals of N.Y. They also try and force you to agree to the RMA charges before they will give you an RMA and disclouse that if you do not sign it and return it that after 5 days they consider you to accept these terms or they consider you want to keep the items and the door is closed to get an RMA for return. I told them I would not sign this and either I get an RMA for the 339.85 or they can deal with discover and the atty. Gen. They finally sent me the RMA and I sent it back to them at a cost of 15.00 for 2 day shipping, insurance, and return signature showing they accepted it. They said it would take 4 weeks to get my money back. We will see. I do not trust these people and advise you buyer beware.
