Truth? This place sucks! They lie, and they DO NOT warn there are no returns even if the product is damaged. Whatever you do, do not buy a laptop from this place. They said it was inspected, but there is no IT tech qualified to certify if it is in good shape or not. They remove all the naked pictures and offensive material, leaving behind all the illegal downloads and torrents infecting the laptops and or desktops. I am reporting to the BBB how unprofessional this particular store is. I almost bought a laptop there, thank god I did not, but a friend of mine did, and it died shortly after. He called and they were rude about his concern and only offered credit within their store. I would refer anyone to a different pawn shop. Do not trust them or believe what they say. They are there only to make money.
