My sons laptop said that it had a virus and this product came up and said that it would fix the issues (an antivirus). However, nothing happened. No fix, no software, nothing. I actually had to take his laptop to a computer store to get everything fixed and that cost me another $100.00. I wa hoping that nothing was charged to my credit card, however, when I just received my statement, there was money charged for nothing taking place. I wol love to get my money back. Moreover, I want no recurring charges to take place without my authorization.
