Numerous problems with Alex (not giving free things that he promised upon my purchase) - took 2 years to finally get a case for my blackberry. He signed up the cell with the incorrect plan twice, bill was over $500 and it took me a while to sort it all out. The cell needed repair, my daughter took it in, when she picked it up her memory card was gone. Alex called her a "b*tch" and told her it was her fault and that she should put personal things on her cell. He refused to give her his Manager or boss' name and threatened to take back the free stuff if she reported him. On her way out the store he told her to have a nice life!
