Woman addressing the telephone in customer support was rude. Ended visits, no-return calls as guaranteed. Marble cracked around cooktop and guaranteed to correct, waited for months. Days converted into weeks. Nothing... No calls, simply broken promises. May allow others I understand to remain from customer support department. Our income moves wherever it's best handled...
