Bought items through Doug White. Anything was good because it must have been, before KitchenAid Induction Cooktop quit. Required nearly per month to correct. Woman addressing the telephone in customer support was rude. Ended visits, no-return calls as guaranteed. Marble cracked around cooktop and guaranteed to correct, waited for months. Days converted into weeks. Nothing... No calls, simply broken promises. May allow others I understand to remain from customer support department. Our income moves wherever it's best handled...
