I paid $19.95 for a one year access to www.phonenumberscan.com so I could search for a name and address of particular phone numbers. I have searched many numbers and have never received a name or address for any of them, it only lists them as "pending".

I have emailed this "company" twice - once to ask if the pending status means that they are looking for these numbers that I have requested information on and secondly, for a refund. I have never received a response for either email. I paid $19.95 and they have provided nothing. This is without a doubt a ripoff.
