Battery died abruptly! No warning! Read up on this issue and found a post on RipOff that said replacement batteries died, as well.: (: (It works great on electricity. My tech guy said it might be a defect in the computer and to contact HP - but after reading the other post, getting batteries over and over just raises the cost of the computer! Obviously there is a problem in the computer, itself.
Not sure what to do at this point, but I am contacting HP and going back toCostco, since I am still under warranty!
I have had multiple notebooks over the years, but never had this happen so early after I bought the computer - about 10 months with less than 10 hours a week. HP should send me a model that doesn't have this issue, but you know that won't happen!!!
