Company refuses to honor the "mail in rebate" i sent. I sent all the documents they required of me over a month ago and they say that they dont have me on record. They said if i sent copies of everyt Internet

Metro pcs refuses to honor the "mail in rebate " i sent over a month ago. Customer service tells me they dont find my account on record, they said that i have to send copies of all the documents (receipt, bar code, form etc.) again for them to help me... Who the hell keeps records of mail in rebate forms?! So basically im out $50.. Scammm!!!
