Price Match Guarantee is not true

On February 14th I purchased an Apple Ipad 2 for $499.99 (Order #BBY01-442558084367) On March 7th the Apple Ipad 2 went down in price to $399.99 still within their 30 day price match guarantee I called and was unable to receive price match and was given a case # (97618619). They have malicious sales practice to lure consumers to think they price match but in reality they dont
