I bought in my iPhone 3gs for them to repair so they said it will take 2 days or so, 1 week later I called them cuz I'm just checking if it's ready or not then all of a sudden the "manager" who claims to be a certified technician who is
"Ali Nazzali" said that I have called them too many times and told me to pick it up. He seems very angers and didn't even bother to take a look at the phone, I have called another store called "PhoneFreaks" and they said that Ali shouldn't be fixing phones because he didn't actually learn how to properly to do so. I was told by the guy of PhoneFreaks
that Ali learned from him because Ali had asked the PhoneFreak's technician to fix a couple iPhones for him and started to take a sneek-peek and then eventually learned the process.
