I was informed not to order the free federally funded assurance wireless phone I was told that they where going to send me a bugged phone, and it would have a big yellow dot on the screen later on after using it. After approximately two months the yellow dot appeared covering a large portion of the screen in the spot described.

I contacted them and they did offer to replace the phone, I asked them a series of questions and they kept giving me the run around. What they did claim is that the phones can not be hacked and that they can not view the information on the phone as long as i don't download anything. I was informed about the buggy software on the phone as well. It would allow me to use the search on the phone for free on the web but nothing else, then it stopped working like that.

So it would appear that there sending buggy products to individuals intentionally and this was one year after being informed about this.
