Canon ignores or seemingly dismisses all requests for support of my CanoScan D1250U2F scanner on both GNU/Linux and Mac OS X. There are many people in the Linux community who have the time and skill to develop drivers for this product of Canon would release the technical specifications, like MANY other companies, like Epson and HP, HAVE DONE!
