I ordered a mini netbook from eglobalelectronics.com I recieved my package and it wasn't fit for my internet service, so I couldn't use it I tried calling the number of the store back five times no answer, I tried calling the customer service number from the website four times, no answer. On the recordings it says go online to customer service for any returns so I that but it requires you to sign in so I did but every time I signed in would act as though I never had an account and I know that it's the right information because I have it written down. It's crazy to me that I can not contacts these people, it's like they just took my money and deleted me from the contacting them it seems so fishy to me like its a scam.
