Directv just starterd charging $10.00 a month xtra if you have an hd receiver, it has always been $6.00 a month xtra whether you had standard or hd receivers, now it costs $16.00 a month instead of $6.00 a month. They are nothing else but ripoff artists. They show low cost programing for 1st year then 2nd year it costs more. This xtra $10.00 charge pushes cost per month near regular price. If you have an hd dvr the cost is $20.00 a month xtra on top of the $6.00, just for the receiver, so you are paying $26.00 a month before paying for programig. They should be put out of business for deceptive business practices. You are better off with and your local channels and do without directv's wise guy deals, isn't this bad.
Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company. Plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
