My LG refrigerator stopped cooling. I called customer service - complaint no. Rna 111128073711. The technician came and told me the compressor had packed up n needed to be replaced and he'd be back the next day to do the needful. On enquiring the next day he denied having said he would replace the compressor, that it was the work of another team who would inspect it and they had no compressor in stock. All in one breath before rudely hanging up... How many visits, technicians and days does it take for this company to replace a part. I have never encountered such shoddy service, rudeness n poor response with any other product... Would definitely never purchase their product again. - Monica Majithia
