When i open my account i talk to electronic mgr. That i want to get a family mobile deal which is stated that 1st line is $45 add'l lines is $35 then we agreed me to have a two line in one account. He didn't say anything when he processed our paper works he told me that one line start at 407 - and 2nd line start at 321 - because there is no more available 407&number and he did not explain anything. When the bill comes out i noticed i have two account,
The 1st one is, 2nd account number (2nd line). When i question family mobile about this bill, i found out that i have to pay $45 each line plus tax which we didn't agreed at the first place because there is no further explanation about the two different area code lines which i feel i was ripoff and mislead for the transaction.
I talk to manager of family mobile and he advised me to cancel the 407&line and he will make it as a 2nd line but they will charge me for another activation fee which is ripoff to me. The manager advised me to file this complaint at this website. I am looking forward that you could fix or waived the activation fee and to change 407 - to 321&number so i can save money. I am not paying my current bill until you settle this matter because im paying $45 twice plus tax which is highway robbery and ripoff.
