Was offered HP computer for only $285 over phone. Funds were paid to them direct from my bank. I received a folder with some coupons instead. I have been trying since July to get my refund.
First they wanted proof their phoney material was returned, which I supplied.
They continued to stall and then requested proof that my bank had paid them, which I did.
I have been calling them every couple of weeks and was promised my refund check was being processed.
I called today 12/13/04 and was advised the company is out of business.
This whole Scam is an obvious Fraud and something should be done about it. Anyone interested in pursuing this furthe
