Looked at sears and kmart web since both companies are connected found a tv for 699.00 at sears same tv 799.00 called internet sales was told sears would honor kmart price since it is a sister company went to sears for some reason they could not bring up price on ther trick computer when I could at home on my computor asked for manger he came over offered floor model for 699.00 I told him I was quoted by a sales rep the day before of a price of 639.00 for same floor model tv he said to bad prove it i aksed about new for 699.00 he said showme he me into log into internet for me then just left there system would not let me access my aol account to prove kmart price asked for store manger who told me that was not in stock and all they had was floor models I said thats funny nobody sayed anything about this yesterday and why would I or any one pay retail for a floor model he did make a better offer but this is not they frist time Igot this treatment from sears and there internet showing a price for a product and when you try to buy its out of stock really in the whole usa Now I understand why this company is going broke
